Following your purchase we will respond within 24 hours to arrange a time for your webinar / give you details of how to log in for your webinar. Webinars are conducted using Adobe Connect, and use either VOIP or phone (1:1) for audio. Webinars are recorded, so you also get access to a web-based Adobe Connect recording of your class.
