Richard Poole 

Richard Poole has been an accountancy tutor since 2006 and was formally the Manager of Kaplan Milton Keynes and Manager of the Kaplan East Midlands Region.

Richard has trained many successful candidates to enable them to qualify and become members of ICAEW, ICAS, CIMA, ACCA, AAT and ATT, as well as an ATX global prizewinner.

Richard has been a marker for both a UK professional accountancy body (in 2 papers) and for various Universities.  Richard has authored material for UK professional accounting bodies as well as for various training providers.

Richard is married to his (wonderful and very patient!) wife Joanna, who is a Deputy Head of Nursing in Bristol.  They have four children.  He is a lifelong Nottingham Forest fan can still just about remember the glory days of Brian Clough, and his four visits to Wembley in four years in the mid/late 80’s!  He regularly gets to watch them play home and away.
