Q: Do you do any live sessions?

A: No. All sessions are pre-recorded so you can watch them at any time that suits you.

Q: How many mocks are included?

A: The platinum package includes 3 mocks which will be marked for you with personal feedback. The “tuition only” course has 1 mock and the “revision plus” course comes with 2 mocks

Q: Can I get access to the course and get started as soon as I book on?

A: In most cases yes, although if you are booking more than around 5 months ahead then your course may not be accessible straight away. Q: Can I pay by instalments?

A: Absolutely. 3 interest free instalments are available when you purchase the platinum package. See the specific information tab on instalments for more details. Instalments are not available on the tuition only or revision plus courses.

Q: What should I do if my employer is paying for my course?

Alternatively if your employer wants an invoice raised first so they can pay it directly for you, then please just get in touch with me and tell me the name, contact address and email address for the person to send the invoice to, along with which course you want to book onto. My email address is info@aileenedgar.com

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions that apply to all FME courses are at the foot of each FME website page.  These additional terms and conditions refer only to this course.

Pass Assurance:

To qualify for re-enrolment in the Platinum Package course (excluding updated Kaplan materials and the pass assurance element) leading to the next available ATX exam you must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. You must complete at least 75% of the tuition and revision course work, as measured by the course progress bars.
  2. You must submit at least 75% of the homework and mock exams in your course.
  3. You must score at least 40% in the actual ATX exam for the sitting in question.
  4. You must provide FME with all necessary information in time for FME to register you with ACCA’s results service, and agree to share this information with ACCA.
  5. You must email me a copy of your ACCA result and request re-enrolment under this Pass Assurance Scheme within one week of receiving your results.

Deferral policy

If you wish to defer your course enrolment to the subsequent exam sitting, the following conditions will apply:

  • Please make any deferral request by email or WhatsApp to Aileen Edgar.
  • There is an admin fee for deferral of up to £100, depending on the time of your request.
  • You can only defer once: no subsequent deferral allowed.
  • Deferral is not usually allowed once the standard ACCA exam entry date for the relevant exam has passed.

Progression to revision:

Progression to revision is contingent on adequate progress in tuition. If, in your tutor’s opinion, you are not making adequate progress on your tuition course then you will not be enrolled on revision. Instead, you will be deferred to the tuition course supporting the next exam sitting.  If this scenario repeats in the following sitting, then you will remain on the tuition course until that sitting’s exam, at which point your enrolment on the course will end with no fee remission.
