When next?
You will receive up to three emails:
1. An email confirming you have created an account on this website (if you were not logged into an account when you bought your course)
2. A confirmation of your order (always!)
3. A confirmation email if you have been enrolled on a course (not applicable if you have made a ‘payment on account’).
What will these email say?
Account creation email:
Alongside the account on this site (www.fmelearnonline.com) an account on our Study Site https://study.fmelearnonline.com/login/forgot_password.php has been created with the same username and (when first created) the same password.
When first created your login details for both our sites are the same. But if you change your password on either site then this will NOT change the password on the other site.
If you have difficulties accessing your Study Site account please try resetting your password using your registered email address via https://study.fmelearnonline.com/login/forgot_password.php. If that fails, please contact mark@fmetraining.com.
On first login you will be take to your account page to complete additional data fields. Please scroll to the bottom of your account page and complete the fields with a red star (or asterix) beside them. This additional information (ACCA number, Date of Birth and ACCA email address) is required for us to register you on our area of the ACCA CBE practice site. With your explicit permission, it is also used by us to participate in the ACCA results service. If you would rather not provide this information please enter 0 in the red starred fields.
You will then be asked to agree to our GDPR policies.
If you already have a study site account then this email indicates you have enrolled on your new course using a different email address. This means you now have two study site accounts. Please contact mark@fmetraining.com to combine these two accounts.
Confirmation of order / Confirmation of course enrolment
Please access your course by logging into https://study.fmelearnonline.com using your chosen username and password.
If you have difficulties accessing your Study Site account please try resetting your password using your registered email address via https://study.fmelearnonline.com/login/forgot_password.php. If that fails, please contact mark@fmetraining.com.
If you need to reset your password then you can do so at https://study.fmelearnonline.com/login/forgot_password.php, or by clicking on ‘forgotten your username or password’ to the right of the login field of the login screen.
Once logged into the study site you should find your courses by choosing ‘My courses’ from the top menu. If your course is not visible, check the filter is set to ‘all’ on the left hand side. If your course is still not visible, please check the course description on www.fmelearnonline.com / check with your tutor to establish the course has opened.
If your course includes access to other materials, such as online texts or kits, codes for such material will be supplied by your tutor. Your tutor will be in touch shortly to enrol you on a WhatsApp group.
Downloadable content
If your order is for a downloadable content, please click on the link(s) in the email you will have been sent. Downloads are not available directly from your account on this site. If there was an error in your email address, or the email is not received, pleaseo contact mark@fmetraining.com.
